Delete My Account and Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Maxwell account and associated personal data. Maxwell Ventures will process verified requests as quickly as possible.

What will be deleted

• Your account (Firebase Authentication)
• Profile information and preferences
• Pack memberships, messages, and in-app notifications
• User-generated content such as uploaded photos/avatars

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal, security, or platform obligations (for example, payment processor records or anti-fraud logs). Backups purge on a rolling basis.

How to request deletion

1. Provide the email you use to sign into the Maxwell app.
2. Optionally include your user ID (UID) if you have it.
3. Click “Open email” to send your request to our privacy team.

Verification & timeline

We may ask you to verify your email ownership. Most requests are processed promptly; backup systems may take additional time to fully purge. If you have questions, contact us at contact@maxwelldog.app.
